How to Order
Please place all orders either online at Exterior Lights UK Ltd at their website address www.exteriorlights.co.uk or by contacting Exterior Lights UK Ltd by telephone 01689 606342 . The opening hours are from 09:00 through to 17:00 Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays. You can also email your requests to Exterior Lights UK Ltd at their email address sales@exteriorlights.co.uk , the “Contact Us” page on the website or by contacting Exterior Lights UK Ltd by their Live Chat facility.
Please ensure you specify the correct code number and description of the product/s.

Order confirmation
If the order is placed online, you will automatically receive an order confirmation and if there are any stock issues or discrepancies with your order or with your contact and delivery details, we will contact you during the opening hours.
If sent via email, the “Contact Us” page via the website or via the Live Chat facility, you will receive an email from us during opening hours confirming availability and delivery timeframe of the product/s and if this meets with your approval, you confirm your intention to proceed with the order and provide your contact, invoice and delivery details. we can provide you with a Proforma Invoice or if on account an invoice for payment in 30 days.

Payment methods
Online order payments use our secure payment gateway https:// and it will accept the majority of debit/credit Visa and Mastercard payments including AMEX (American Express) as well as PayPal. 
Proforma invoices would need to be paid using an approved debit/credit card, via a PayPal account or via online banking. Simply call Exterior Lights UK Ltd on 01689 606342 to make payment via debit/credit card or to confirm you are paying to our PayPal address which is sales@exteriorlights.co.uk or if you are paying by online banking (our bank details are located at the bottom left side of our invoices).
All credit/debit card payments made during online transactions are handled on our behalf by PayPal and “Opayo - SagePay” and handled using SSL 128-bit encryption. Also, PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry – Data Security Standard) compliant too. No credit card details are processed or stored at any time on the company’s website.
All calls are recorded for training and monitoring purposes, however during this process all recordings are stopped when taking any card payments on the telephone. Customers are welcome to receive evidence of the call if they have any concerns relating to our call monitoring service.

Late Payment – Account customers
If payment is not made when due we will in our sole discretion, charge interest at the annual rate of 3% above the base rate of the Bank Of England on the amount outstanding from the due date for payment until receipt by us of the full amount (including accrued interest at such rate, legal fees and other recovery costs we have incurred due to your late payment whether before or after judgment, in accordance with the provisions of Late Payment of Commercial Debts Interest) Act 1998.
• Suspend or cancel any business account in your name:
• Suspend or cancel deliveries of any goods due to you under the Terms and Conditions/ Delivery and returns policy.
• Appropriate any payment made by you to such of the goods (or any other goods supplied by us to you) as we may in our sole discretion think fit; or
• Pass the outstanding debt to a debt collection agency;
Nothing in the Terms and Conditions/Delivery and returns policy will prevent us from suing you to recover all monies due to us from you.

Pricing
We endeavour to ensure that all published prices are correct, however we reserve the right to change prices without notice and not to accept orders at prices that have been quoted in error. Prices are quoted in pounds sterling and unless specifically stated are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate.

Sample orders
If you are not sure which product to purchase and want to see it before you make a decision on ordering a number of the fittings, then we suggest you order it on a sale or return basis. It is chargeable plus carriage cost when under the minimum order value. Exterior Lights UK Ltd require you to return any unwanted items at your own cost within 30 days and they must be in immaculate condition, in their original boxes and not defaced. Failure to return unwanted sample fittings within 30 days of the invoice date will result in a 25% handling fee being applied.
They must not be returned to either our P.O. box address or our London address in Borough High Street.  Exterior Lights UK Ltd will provide you with the return’s details and the full address/es for the return of the item/s.

Made to order items
Please ensure that if you order any items which are made to order you understand they are non-returnable.
They can also take time to manufacture so please in all cases contact us before you order so we can provide you with an agreed or estimated delivery date. Please do not organise an electrician to provide an installation until the goods have arrived.

Cancelling and amendments of orders
Once Exterior Lights UK Ltd have processed your order we will aim to get the item/s to you within the timeframe set aside by the manufacturer/supplier which in most cases will be the next working day if the order is processed by 12pm midday. Products we source from Germany can take up to 4 working days and considering any German bank holidays.
If you wish to amend or cancel any item/s you have just ordered, please call us and email us immediately. Failure to do so, may entail the order too late to stop or amend in the order process.

Promotions and discounts
All promotions and discounts offered are given in good faith and are subject to our Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to refuse the use of any promotions or discounts for orders placed online or over the telephone.
